2.  Tuition - At this time of year you are all scrambling for those extra funds in order to make the final tuition payments.  I understand the stress this may create in your life and want to share with you the other side of the coin.
At the beginning of each year we set a budget for the school.  It is my obligation to see that we keep within the guidelines of that budget.  In order to do that, we must pay all of our     bills.  My commitment is to you, the children and the future of St. Gabriel School.  I want to ensure that this school will be here for your child to graduate!  It would be misguided charity on my part to allow bills to go unpaid.  Principals who allow that to happen soon end up without a school.  We have seen this happening in our neighborhood and throughout the                 city.  The school policy is that no one may return to St. Gabriel if all tuition is not paid by the last day of school.
Thank you for understanding our motives!

Dear Parents,
As we approach the beautiful season of Christmas, let us resolve to remember that we are celebrating the birth of Jesus, our Savior.

In these days of economic stress, let’s not add to that stress by over spending.  Our children do not need everything they want.  Simple gifts make Christmas bright!

If a relative asks, what does your child needs.  You can always say a little help with their tuition payments.
Be assured of my prayers for you and your loved ones.
Brother Edward
